Delivery Charges

Delivery is FREE on all shredders. Small to medium sized shredders will normally be delivered in 2-5 working days. Larger shredders, and out of stock shredders will take 7-10 days. Please call us if you need to check if a particular shredder is in stock.

(Note: We can only delivery to UK Mainland, this does not include Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, or Isle of Scilly)

International Orders

If you wish to place an order from outside the UK please email us with details of what you would like to order, and we will produce a quote with the shipping cost. Shipping costs vary from country to country and also depending in the size and weight of the shipment.

Delivery Address
We will only deliver to a valid business address, we can't deliver to PO Boxes or residential properties.

Delivery Method
All orders will be shipped by courier, and all orders will require a signature. Unfortunately, orders can't be 'left safe'. Deliveries will be made during business hours, but we are unable to give an approximate delivery time. If for whatever reason you refuse delivery we may choose to make a charge to cover the cost of the delivery and any fees the courier charges us to return the item to us.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You can pay by Credit/Debit Card or BACS. For the fastest service you can enter your credit/debit card details online using secure servers during checkout, or alternatively you can choose to pay by BACS. For BACS payments we will send you a pro-forma invoice and will ship the goods when your payment has cleared. The checkout process will provide you with full instructions as you go along..

After you have completed the checkout you will be sent an email to acknowledge that we have received the order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Cancellations
Due to their size and weight the shredders are usually sent directly from the HSM Factory. You may cancel your order at any time up until the point when we confirm your order with HSM, but after that point the order is final.

Returns
Items are not sold on trial basis. We will only accept returns of faulty or damaged items, which will be replaced.

Credit Card Security
At the payment stage of the checkout process you will be connected to the Secure Payment Servers at SecureTrading, where you will enter your card details. During the payment process you may be shown the 3D authentification (also know as Verified for Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) page which asks you for your 3D authentification password. This secure 3D authenticifcation page is provided by your card provider and hosted on their secure servers (not the Secure Trading servers). We have no way of accessing or storing this data, we just get a 'pass' or 'fail' message from your card provider, therefore both your card data and password are secure.

For maximum security your card details are entered and processed directly on the SecureTrading servers. We do not (and can not) see your card details and at no time are they stored on our systems.

Privacy Policy
Tao Technologies Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than for the purposes of order fulfillment (eg. we have to tell the courier company your address!). In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. However, if you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
